We require all orders to be in a pre-packed basis as indicated in each item.

has the right to change its pricing policy at any given time without prior notice and will not be held liable nor responsible for any refunds on promotional items.

For purchases with a different billing and shipping address that requires a cardholder authorization with signature print this - CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM and Fax it to (213) 745-6046.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

 

  • We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, PAYPAL and DEBIT CARD. There is no surcharge added for credit card orders. We reserve the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone,

  • For added convenience, you can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for your orders at Gazoz.

 

COLLECT ON DELIVERY (C.O.D.)
  • Payment should be in Cashier's Check, Money Order only.

 

SHIPPING TIME

  • Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 12:00pm Pacific time to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

 

INTERNATIONAL
  • Charges for international shipping typically include freight, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer (EX-WORKS).

  • Electronic Fund Transfer or Wire Transfer can be made in payment for the orders.

CREDIT TERMS
  • We accept orders on NET 15 or NET 30 Terms based upon the customer's good credit rating.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

  • DOMESTIC - Origin is Los Angeles, California

     

    • Most orders received by 3 PM are shipped the same day by UPS Ground and those charges are added to your invoice. Residential shipments have a $ 2.00 surcharge by UPS. Freight charges are based on UPS rate charts depending on destination zone and weight of the package.

    • Special shipping may be requested for faster delivery. UPS offers the ff. deliveries: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select. COD and other special shipping requests carry additional charges.

    • We also use other local trucking companies as specified by customer and all freight charges are COLLECT.

    • We may also ship via US Post Office for deliveries to a PO Box, American Samoa, etc. but invoice must be paid in full before shipping.

  • INTERNATIONAL

     

    • We ship worldwide and customer may specify courier. All fees for broker, customs and other tariffs will be paid by the customer.

 

 

RETURN POLICY
  • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH AUTHORIZATION ONLY

  • We offer no sales guarantee or warranty on any items.

  • Please notify our Returns Department within " 5 business days " upon receipt of the  order/merchandise for any claims or adjustments.

  • RETURNED MERCHANDISE ARE SUBJECT FOR CONFIRMATION "NO EXCEPTIONS " AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE IF APPLICABLE
